Dr. Foreman graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 1994. She completed an adult psychiatry residency at Vanderbilt University and a child and adolescent psychiatry residency at the University of Florida. She also completed a forensic psychiatry fellowship at Yale University in 2000. She has been on the faculty of the medical schools of Tulane University, University of Louisville, and Indiana University.

In addition to working at Selah House, Dr. Foreman has been in private practice in Indianapolis since 2007. She has worked extensively with individuals who struggle with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. She also has a particular interest in patients who have experienced trauma.

Dr. Foreman states, “I feel privileged to participate in the recovery process of the women who come to Selah House. I became a psychiatrist because I wanted to be part of a team that listens to peoples’ unique stories and helps them have happier, healthier lives.”
