Director of Clinical Services
Licensed Clinical Social Worker |
A Note From Our Clinical Director:
I want you to know how passionate our staff and clinical team at Selah House are about helping women and their families who are dealing with disorders like anorexia and bulimia. Our passion comes not only from our clinical training but also out of our own experiences of understanding what it feels like to be wounded and knowing freedom is possible.
Above you will see a photo of my office and an overview of our clinical Approaches. You will see that we offer many therapeutic approaches that are very effective, but just as important; we offer ourselves and relationship. Our high staff-to-client ratio significantly contributes to healing and human connection in our program.
It is often said that people are wounded in relationship and they find healing in relationship. I believe that human connection and relationship to others and to God produces change that is difficult to define, but is unique and amazing.
~Janie
