Being Christ-Centered as a Facility
We hold in high regard each client knowing that they are made in the image of God. As such we believe that they are “spiritual beings” on a human journey, and we are committed to treating the whole person, physical, spiritual, and emotional. We meet each person where they are in their journey regardless of faith tradition, creed, or lack of same.
To deliver the highest possible care in a homelike setting and doing it all in the name of Jesus Christ. Our focus at Selah is to address and deal with underlying issues and support long-term recovery so that our clients can walk in freedom from eating disorders.

Selah House provides unique, superior, evidence-based mental health treatment not traditionally available within the care continuum especially for individuals with complex psychiatric conditions. We offer long-term, sustainable solutions to achieve optimal levels of health and independence.
“I love being able to work directly with clients and watch their recovery progress. It is so rewarding to be able to come alongside clients and families, provide assistance, and observe the changes that happen. Working every day in these beautiful houses is an added bonus. It would be really hard to change back to a more traditional work setting!”
Jessica Ward – Clinical Director
“To me, Selah has provided an avenue to serve clients in a way that can make a difference in the long run. Because we’re not with the client for their entire journey, I’ve come to appreciate the concept of planting seeds in the recovery process for so many teen girls and women. Knowing that I’ve made some small contribution, leaves me satisfied. I also enjoy the opportunity to really connect with clients and their families in the family work. Working together to explore and resolve issues related to the eating disorder and other family dynamics to find some degree of healing, can be both challenging and rewarding! Lastly, I love the level of creativity available at Selah House in formulating groups and sessions that incorporate evidenced based treatments along with my own proven experiences of what works well and what needs revamping.”
Darlene Graham – Lead Therapist
“The culinary department is proud to be providing consistency in our clients’ daily journey through delicious and nutritious meals. I hope you consider coming along side us on the road to helping our clients find freedom!”
Charles Redmon – Chef and Food Service Manager
