Chef Charles was the first student from the Muncie Ivy Tech Culinary program to achieve the American Culinary Federation Certification of Certified Executive Chefs. He was also the first from the program to do his internship at Walt Disney World, where he cooked with Chef Robert Irvine. Chef Redmon has worked in country clubs, museums, long-term health care, and critical care hospitals. He enjoys reading, fishing and spending time with his children and grand children.
