Dallas Parson

Dallas became a dietitian because wanted to intertwine her passion for learning with her passion about the body’s nourishment needs while aiding those in eating disorder recovery. In 2016, she obtained her undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition at the University of Southern Indiana. Directly after completing her undergraduate degree, she pursued a combined dietetics masters and internship program at Ball State University and passed the dietitian registration exam in 2018. Prior to working at Selah House, Dallas worked at a Community Hospital in Anderson splitting her time between inpatient and adolescent/eating disorder recovery outpatient care. She’s passionate about helping others reclaim food freedom, utilizing the “all food foods fit” method as well as intuitive eating principles, and embracing health at every size. When not at Selah House, she enjoys spending time with friends, hiking, and trying new food experiences.
