Being Present, Finding Calm, and Seeing the Possibilities

Yoga allows clients to look past limitations, and provides a safe, non-competitive space for them to clear their minds, breathe deeply, and be present. 

Our yoga program focuses on strengthening mental, emotional, and physical health. Yoga is an important method for developing self-awareness beyond the physical being. It allows for observation over judgement, and promotes positive body-image and self-esteem. This approach has been highly successful for building bone density for those suffering from anorexia. It also provides effective stress relief through intentional meditation and breathing exercises.

One of the goals of yoga is to help people reconnect and rebuild a healthy and positive relationship with their bodies.
