A Stable and Supportive Environment

High staff-to-patient ratios significantly improve the recovery process.

Our residential eating disorder treatment center offers an excellent step-down option from Inpatient level or an alternative for clients who are medically stable but still need a highly structured and 24-hour treatment environment. The foundation of the program has constant medical and psychiatric supervision, utilizing evidence-based clinical interventions to help process underlying issues to eating disorders. Moreover, the goal is to heal and learn practical skills to support recovery and transition into our Partial Hospitalization Program.

Individualized Treatment

During the day, clients progress through their individualized treatment plans, including group and individual therapy sessions. Furthermore, this includes a wide variety of therapeutic activities such as equine therapy to comprehensive nutritional support. Clients are able to practice their recovery skills in real-world situations through meal and activity outings. Through these experiences, our team is able to determine the readiness of each client for entry into a lower level of care.

For example, our treatment team utilizes evidence-based clinical interventions, which include:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
  • Experiential Therapies
  • Equine Assisted Curriculum (EAGALA Certified)
  • Family Therapy
  • Body Image Improvement Workshops
  • Addressing Impact of Spiritual Issues on Recovery
  • Teaching of Positive Recreational and Social Habits
  • Individual Therapy
