As the Medical Director for Selah House and consulting physician for Toledo Center for Eating Disorders, Dr. Fraiz provides medical care to our clients and consultants to our medical teams. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and board-certified in infectious diseases. Dr. Fraiz completed his undergraduate training at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, followed by medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in internal medicine as well as a fellowship in infectious diseases at Indiana University in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Fraiz has made numerous presentations, is a member of several committees, and has been principal investigator in a wide range of studies. Dr. Fraiz is a proud grandfather who enjoys gardening and fly fishing.
