Selah’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the least intense of our treatment offerings. It provides our clients autonomy in a safe environment to practice recovery skills in real life situations. They are able to make healthy decisions through intentional interactions and staff-designed challenges that take place outside of the confines of treatment. Selah’s clinical team will always design an individualized treatment plan that includes individual sessions, recovery skills, transitions group, process groups, art therapy, equine therapy, cooking groups, yoga, outings, and challenges.
Unlike many PHP programs, our program is 7 full days a week with lodging included. The treatment schedule is flexible and offers critical support through daily meals and snacks, while providing the necessary assistance and supervision to help keep our women and girls on the path towards lasting recovery. This comprehensive step-down approach and focus on developing lifelong recovery skills is proven to give our clients the best opportunity to successfully walk in freedom from their eating disorders after leaving Selah House and returning home.
